Still Making History: First Black Veteran's Day Grand Marshal in Gaston County, North Carolina

History was made in Gaston County, North Carolina this past Veteran's Day. This year’s Grand Marshal was Earlie Cathcart, who is, at 90 years old, a World War II-era veteran and member of the National Association of Black Veterans, or NABVETS.  He was the first Black man to address the masses as a part of the festivities.  He was also the special guest at the Senator's ceremony for the day. Here he is pictured below waving to the crowd during the parade.

You Asked, We Answered... Ambit Energy Compensation Plan!

The bottom line of any business is MAKING MONEY.  The most commonly asked question when it comes to Ambit Energy is: How do I make money?  This blog will explain your role as a Consultant and how you can make money in this business.

Everyone who pays the one-time enrollment fee of $429 with no annual renewal fee starts out as a Marketing Consultants (MCs). They are now independent consultants and own their own "franchise" in the energy business.  Marketing Consultants build their businesses by signing up customers and consultants.  There is also an option to help organizations raise funds by sponsoring them as Ambit Affiliate Partners, but this will be discussed in another blog.

Ambit would like you to succeed and become a leader, which is possible through the successful implementation of their business plan.  The Ambit Compensation plan is structured to reward you for
not only building up your organization by gathering new customers and consultants, but also HELPING THOSE CONSULTANTS BUILD THEIR OWN TEAMS.  This is a very important principle that is built into Ambit's Compensation plan in the form of Leadership bonuses.  Obtaining Leadership positions is integral part of being successful in this business.  The bonuses will increase in size as you are promoted to higher positions.  They are paid on every qualifying new customer and new consultant that enters your organization through UNLIMITED levels (NOT JUST SIX!).

These are the Leadership positions available and what qualifies you to be promoted:

REGIONAL CONSULTANT (RC):

  • Personally enroll a total of five customers
  • Personally sponsor two Marketing Consultants
  • Develop an initial team of six total Marketing Consultants (including your first 2 personally sponsored MCs)


SENIOR CONSULTANT (SC):

  • Achieve Regional Consultant status
  • Personally enroll a total of 10 customers
  • As an RC, personally sponsor two Marketing Consultants
  • Develop a Regional Consultant team of 18 Marketing Consultants


EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT (EC):

  • Achieve Senior Consultant status
  • Personally enroll a total of 15 customers
  • As an SC, develop five Senior Consultants in your Senior Consultant organization


NATIONAL CONSULTANT (NC):

  • Achieve Executive Consultant status
  • Personally enroll a total of 20 customers
  • As an EC, develop five Executive Consultants in your Executive Consultant organization.

Your pay with Ambit is directly tied to your success in enrolling new customers for electric or natural gas service.  With that said, your success greatly depends on the amount of effort you are willing to devote to reach your personal goals and the people you choose to work with.

There is more than one way to EARN in this business.  You can earn:

IMMEDIATE INCOME

  • Jump Start Bonuses - paid for your initial customer-gathering efforts
  • Team Builder Bonuses- paid for helping your customers gather customer referrals


LEADERSHIP INCOME

  • Consultant Leadership Bonuses - paid to those who have been promoted, through unlimited levels, as new Marketing Consultants enter their organization and get five customers (four customers in Texas and Illinois) in their first four weeks
  • Customer Residual Bonuses - paid to those who have been promoted for active customers within their designated organizations to unlimited levels 

RESIDUAL INCOME

This is the reason why this business is AMAZING! This will take your business from something you have to work daily to a TURN-KEY BUSINESS. Once you do the work one time, you keep getting paid every month as long as people pay their bills! This is what is changing lives.

  • Customer Residual Income - paid monthly on active customers in your team through six levels when they pay their bill

Jump Start and Team Builder bonuses exist to reward new Consultants for taking immediate action toward success in their business.  Ambit pays Jump Start bonuses when new energy customers are enrolled and Team Builder bonuses when new Marketing Consultants are personally sponsored to do the same.  Both are paid every Friday.

Consultant Leadership Bonuses and Customer Residual Bonuses are both paid once you qualify in a Leadership position and increase as you are promoted from one level to the next.

Consultant Leadership bonuses are earned when a new MC enters your organization at ANY level and enrolls five customers.  These are paid weekly.

Customer Residual income is the most powerful component of Ambit's compensation plan.  It is LONG-TERM income.  These commissions are paid each month.

In addition to residual commissions, Ambit PAYS MORE for customers who USE MORE electricity.  This means you are paid more for people with larger monthly bills.
